There are two ways to order a blanket:

1)  Call Jodi Moore at 972-768-2188, calls will be taken Mon - Fri between 9am & 5pm CST.

2)  Send me an email at Jodi@blanketsbyjl.com

**Please make sure to include your name & a phone number or email address so that I may reach you to discuss details or clarify any questions.

Please provide the following information:

Blanket Size:  Baby or Youth

Color Scheme:  Blues, Pinks, Lavender, Yellows or Greens

Appliqué Style:  Hearts or Stars

Custom Appliqués:  Please call for pricing

Monogramming:  Please include name & or birth date information (please note that only three lines are possible on the baby sized blanket)

Shipping with full name & address-  if item is to be shipped to a location different than billing address, please include that address as well.

Payment option:  Paypal, personal check

Gift Wrap:  available for $2.00 per blanket please specify gift card message
